At its heart lies a 3-year-old Australian rum, matured in re-charred 300L American oak puncheons - ex–South Australian red wine casks - which lend depth, structure, and a warm, tannic backbone. Distilled at 58% cask entry strength and aged in a warm temperate climate, the result is a smooth and full-bodied base that sets the stage for an exceptional spiced experience.
Infused with a unique blend of natural botanicals - including toasted coconut, coffee beans, orange peel, vanilla, cinnamon quills, and the subtle heat of bull horned peppers - this rum delivers layers of tropical sweetness, soft spice, and earthy undertones from burdock root and cascara fruit. A final touch of rich Belgian candi syrup ties it all together with mellow, velvety sweetness.
